Hello Supporters

I have the following Problem:
If anyone removes the Channel Admin of a Person or himself, the server suddenly locks up.

The Log shows the following:
SQL file not found /stuff/ts2/tss2_rc2/s
qlite_sql/delete_channel_privilege.sql

Yes its right, there is no such file, but in the installer package it istn either.
Ho can I restore it? Is it restoreable or have i setup the Server completely new?

OS:
Gentoo 1.4 with whole system update with emerge
there is running an apache server, MySql, webmin, x Windows / KDE 3.2 and some CMS and Groupware in PHP for testing.
