Here's a weired one
One of our Clanmembers has a real weired one. When NOT in a game he times out after about a minute or so and gets disconnected from the Server....
BUT..
when he is in Mohaa ( or it even runs minimised in the background ) he doesn't get any timeouts. Maybe somebody else with timeout probs wants to try this and give some feedback.
Cheers

Hi Niels,
he is connected trough a ADSL Modem to the Internet. No Firewall , no router, no nothing not even a Virus Software.
The Modem is an Alcatel called Frog. I have no idea how to find out the Firmware though but if I do I'll update the post

Just to follow up with more info
These modems are USB Alcatel speedtouch ADSL ..
Used by pretty much all people on British Telecoms ADSL in the UK..
Firmware is not upgradeable , but drivers are...usually supplied by BT with Alcatels 1.4 or 1.6 software (from memory)
Hope that helps

Im PRETTY sure that the ethernet ADSL from BT is more expensive.
It used to be the business ADSL plan..not sure if thats the same still..
You may wish to call our helpful friends at BT to find out more:-)
