TS 2 crashes my MoHAA

For some strange reason, my Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (MoHAA) crashes sometimes when I use TS2 at the same time. It happens at various points in the game (loading a new level, joining a server, or sometimes just like that) so that it's not a particular bug in the game that might cause the crash. The most annoying thing is when it keeps on crashing each time you start it so that you are forced to reboot (happened to me once as of now). It also only seems to happen when others are connected to my server. As of now it hasn't happened when I was alone on it.

I've never had any problems with TS1.5, it's only since I installed and use TS2 that it happens. It also seems that I am not the only one with this problem. A clanmate tried to log in earlier today and I saw (and heard) him join the channel, but he didn't say anything and a bit later he left again ("X quit") and on MoHAA he was pinging out at 999. When he came back into the game, I asked what happened and he said his MoHAA crashed when he tried to connect to my TS2. I told him to try again, but he said it didn't work.

I don't know about his system specs, but I have the following bucket:

AMD Athlon XP 1600+
ASUS A7V266-E with VIA Chipset
ASUS GeForce 3 Ti-200 using the latest official drivers available (ASUS V8200 Series v29.80)
512 MB DDR-RAM
ALS4000 Audio Device (WDM) (was built-in and have to use it because my old SB Live! didn't work with my motherboard)
aDSL connection (512/128) using an Alcatel Speed Touch Home modem (Ethernet version)
Windows XP Pro Corporate Version with all the latest Critical Updates installed.
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Store Version, patched up to v.1.11 (although I do use a No-CD patch since I grew tired of always switching CDs. MoHAA isn't the only game I play. =P)

Does anybody else have this problem? Any solutions to this? Feel free to post.
