Bans not being added
Ok i am halving a problem that i have never seen before on any servers i have run. I am using the latest version of teamspeak and what happens is when i ban someone it is not actually adding them to the ban list and it just kicks them then says error and they come straight back in. Is there any know problem with this or is there a setting that i should change?

Go to settings, show ip bans, then manually add their IP address. And click on add. See if that works...

Put they're name in the bad login names in your server bad_names file i think that is why it's there

probably your banlist is FULL, it can hold max. 20 entries...delete some of the old bans!
