    Banning Control Via Web Administration

One thing I think a lot of users would enjoy is to have ALL the same options via the web admin portal as what is possible in the Teamspeak server itself. Such as.....

Banning options... I host TS servers and a lot of them get banned from their own servers! LOL so it would be very convenient for them to be able to login to the web admin page and then unban themselves as well as ban the user who banned them.

Also this should be a separate "module" if you will. Meaning you have to allow access to only certain users. Whether you are an SA or not that doesn't apply So that in the case of your server getting taken over you can still perform these options.

    So being able to view:
    1) Who is banned
    2) Who banned them and their IP with the date
    3) Ability to insert a banned IP
    4) Ability to remove a banned IP(s)

Also when you edit users to, let say, give them server administration rights, it will return an error stating you did not provide a password Any way to give SA w/o adjusting the pw?

    Thanks

Just be carefull with superadmin accounts
Log in as superadmin, delete the server admin who causes trouble and insert his ip manually in ban menu.

Make a new account with SA and log in from another ip. (dial up for example)
I don't know if you delete your old SA account and make a new one the ban from the old account is deleted ass well.

If there's an easier way plz say so, but indeed bancontrol within administration would be very handy.

The only problem is for people like me who have multiple servers running on the same machine. I cannot give superadmin access to clients because then they could go add servers and/or delete them.

They can only login via the SA user / pass.

    That make sense?

this functionalty will be avaible with ts3.

but you dont need to give any SA/SSA abilities ... there will be a total new (also working :P) permission system.
