Im wondering how to upgrade my 2.0.19.40 versin to the latest.

Do I just copy over the database.db, server.ini and server.log file to the new install?

Also,

I deleted the superadmin accoutn and created a new one, but now I dont have ability to create a new server or anything. I just log in and i cant log in with superadmin anymore. How can I fix this without restarting the server?
