Web Post-Using a URL to point to server

    Hello again

I have a few questions about posting on the web...I can't seem to get it to work but I know it can be done...so here goes.

    1. I'm attempting to post a url on our website so that members of our guild can click on the link and log into TS. My server is a private or clan server in which you need a user name and password to log in. Is this possible? The way I read the information I should be able to do this but its not working.

    2. Here is some information you might need...I purchased a separate Domain name for the URL and listed it with a DNS forwarding service. The service is updated by a program on the server machine when my ISP updates my IP address. The server machine is not a webserver. Is there something I need to change in Windows to allow outside traffic access to TS beside the port number? All of this took place about two or three days ago. (www.servantsoftruth.com) is the domain url.

    3. My friends can access TS from their client so there's no problem there. However when I attempt to access it (either directly) with the IP address and port number or (indirectly) with the URL I get the same message-that the page cannot be displayed. Am I missing something? I even went to the server ini file and made sure that it said next to "PostURL=www.servantsoftruth.com" (without quotes) should I put this information anywhere else? (I also listed in the server settings from the admin page).

I'm beginning to get a little frustrated-this didn't seem hard when I set out to do this...Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanx

PS: Just by accident as I was looking throught the client manual, I saw a way to access TS from a browser...problem is you have to enter all of your info in the actual address bar-I'm trying to make this easier for people not harder...please tell me that this is not the only way to access a clan TS server that you have to log into? I was able to get there by typing in...

teamspeak://servantsoftruth.com: portnum?nickname=mine?loginname=mine?password=mine ? and it tookd me directly to my server. The reason I wanted to use the web url post thing was to simplify having to check/update ip addresses everytime someone logged in. help????????????
