Cant see members in channel from another channel

I cant see anyone in a another channel

I can only see them if i join the same channel
If i join a channel i can see members in a another SUB channel

Can anyone let me know how i can see them back from all channels ?

You must have you settings on Public Server in the webadmin change it to a Clan server
then you'll be able to see all the people in the server
