No evidence of Program Run
Ok, I scanned all the topics first, and didn't see anything even close to this problem, except maybe the WinXP BSOD's.
I'm running WinME, downloaded TS2 client, installed, was told that no codecs were required, would I like to launch the program? Sure!
Nothin...I had about 4 seconds of hourglass-cursor, then nothing, no window, no system tray icon, nothing. I ctrl-alt-del out to the task manager, and Teamspeak is in there, supposedly running, but no way at all to access it.
End task...nothing...end task again...nothing...3rd time was the charm, and that brought me here.
Any clues? My squadmates have all upgraded with no problem, and I'm sitting on the old TS1 server by myself now.

same results, only this time, I got a little logfile...
09-09-02 23:38,WARNING,All,TMainForm.FormCreate,Exception EProtocol: Error loading Hawlvoice library (hvdi.dll) Maybe not installed?
Is there a list of critical patches, and where can I get them?

Instructions?!?!
Instructions?!?! Hey, look, I'm one of those guys who drives 25 extra miles before even -thinking- about pulling into a gas station for directions, and even then, I don't ask directions, I buy a -map-...and a compass...I take the manual out of a new game to light the coals for a "new videogame party" cookout I invite my friends to...my kids are -still- trying to assemble bicycles I (er...Santa) put together all fubarred one Christmas Eve 5 years ago...-those- instructions went out with the empty boxes! I don't need no steenkin' instructions!
er...btw, works fine now...thanks
