post a banner when hosting multiple servers

I read your faq and I would like to know is there anyway you can control which server the banner shows up in?

I have a few different teamspeak servers hosted.

No, there isn't but I think this feature has been suggested for TeamSpeak 3.

Note: If you setup and run more than one main server with one virtual server each in different directorys you will have one ini-File vor every server. This allows setting different banners on each server.

Of course every server needs own TCP-query and Webadmin ports if you decide to do this, so you have to open a lot of ports in your firewall (if available).
