Totally Stucked

I got a Reseller account with SSH Access i downloaded Linux server and uploaded to my ftp then i chmod all files to 777, then open up my ssh, and type ./teamspeak2-server_startscript in return i got "Error starting daemon, aborted" then i went to my ts client program, and i try to connect to the server it wouldnt work. i need this help anyone?

have you installed the gconv-modules? check the directory /usr/lib/gconv, if it doesn't exist, you have to install them. which distribution? search for the glibc or the glibc-locale (dunno which of them was the right one)..
