SQL support for the Server DB?

Is it possible for future support of SQL-db (like mysql) that the server stores it content in an sql-db instead of a file-db?

I think that would be one way of solving a server-cluster as i saw in another thread.

Then all running servers share one sql-db, and if one servers is unavailable, all regged user-accounts etc etc would still be available to another server that's using the same sql-db as it's storage.

I think that should work...

Any ideas?

*Sidenote: Then you could have an transfer-script (in asp, php or whatever) if you already have your clan-members username and password on your website's db, and set it up automaticly so they don't have to registe multiple times if using several servers...

also if i do that, it will be a mysql port. nothing else.

I'm not expecting anything, just wanted to put some light on my ideas for future imporovement of a otherwise nice software.



PS: Have the TS-team considered putting up a PayPal or similar thing?? Perhaps not everyone have the means of paying much, but maybe some can help byt donating little. Just another 2-cents.
