Wat is Channel Commander?
Wat is a Channel Commander? What can he do?

I think the channel commander was designed to deal with teamplay games such as Americas Army Operations. If you have, let's say, 3 squads in your team, you will have 3 subchannels. Every team has his own subchannel, so the teams to not talk over each other and everybody knows who he is talking to. By using the channel commander function the squad leaders can bind a key that is used to talk to channel commanders only so they can coordinate their team with the other squad leaders in the other subchannels.
So the channel commander can be used as "a group within the group". That's why it's called channel commander. It's for the commander of a channel. Inside the game that means squad leader, fireteam leader, etc.
