Help - all these options!

Hello! You all have a great start on a great piece of software. I have searched for a manual that would have the answers to my questions, but for the life of me I can not find one. I want to understand the features before I try to roll this into production with my units... So here goes:

Is there a manual?
What are registered users?
Are these different than users created in the web admin interface?
If so, what are those for (other than admin functions...)?
Is there no longer a run-as-a-service option for NT?

ill try and answer some things
you only need registered users if you are going to use any of the features that get applied as soon as the user logs in, like auto voice in moderated channels or auto operator. unless you give them admin or super admin rights through the web interface they are the same as registered users. being a registered user does not protect your nick all it does is identify the user so that the server can apply settings to the user as mentioned above
if the server is password protected registered users do not enter the server password they just enter their login information the password is only for non registered users
documentation is being worked on. i have fallen out of touch with it so i do not have a progress report for you, and on some features im looking forward to it myself
