No One Can Enter My Server Help

they get this:
[17:01:24] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

I can get on my server but none of my friends can please help someone much appriciated if you could.

When you say that no-one can connect, how many ppl, that have tried to connect, are getting that message?

I believe one of the 1st things you should check, is that the correct ports are open. This being UDP 8767, http 14534, and tcp query 51234.
8767 being the default UDP port that TS uses.

Go into the folder that you installed TS in, and open the file called "server.ini" to check this info. I personally do not see the UDP listed in this file, perhaps that is because its default. However, if you login as superadmin, and select your server, it should show that 8767, is the port it uses.

Do you a have a firewall or router. Try disabling your firewall, and see if someone can connect then. Next, if you have a router, you will need to be sure that the nessessary ports are open. Most routers refer to this as port "forwarding".
