    Question Channel Creation Limitation

Is there a way to limit channel creation to Server Admin's only. I have checked the Admin section of the server and can't find any way to put a lock on it. Any help would be appericated.

    Next Question

I found a thread that deals with this problem. But have found a new problem. I have installed the server on Win2000 and after I edit the server.ini, I lose all pw's. Can't login as admin or connect to server. Only way I have found to fix this is to reinstall the program itself. If I leave the server.ini alone I have no problems at all, but if i edit and restart the server I lose admin access. Any suggestions?

register a new user to be an admin and go into the web interface and set that user to be a server admin and super admin. close the server down launch it and log in to confirm that user has access then close the server again and edit the ini file

    That definately SOLVES NOT!
I tried it 3 times, even if i log in with the new user that i created (yes, Server + Super Server admin) if fails after i edited the server ini. And i only changed the Server Name.....
Seems the server.db got killed by editing the server.db

P.S.: Of course i tested the new user before. Works perfect till i changed the ini.
