    16 people in the same channel with codec 9.3 kb/sec (if you go lower, the quality is probably not anymore what you expect) =>

    one speaks: 15 * 9.3 kb/sec for the server UP stream = 148.8 and you have 128
    the DOWN bandwith is 1 * 9.3 which is not a problem as you have 384

    => forget it !
    For home server's the UP bandwith is the limiting factor. 128 is, independant for what server you run a VERY low bandwith !

    - TS offers lower codecs, but you have to test them on your own if they suit you
    - If more then one speaks at the same time, the bandwith usage doubles,.... (the server does not mixes the stream.
    - if you split the 16 user into channels, the stream is only sent to the one in the same channel which helps (a little bit), still your 128 are VERY low as your game will use some bandwith as well (and you can't use up 100 % of your bandwith with still having a good connection quality)
