Garbled Sounds in Channels

First let me say I have searched the FAQ's as well as client and server topics and have not found this topic. I apologize if I just missed it.

I am running a TS server on Windows 2000 Advanced server. When we make channels other than default the sound is garbled, more akin to speaking under water? I was a member in an SWG guild that had the exact same problem. We have tried switching audio codecs with no success. Has anyone run into this problem?

no m8 but it cud be a problem with ur internet connection as i have a 125k they sometimes lag and stop in mid sentence or sound sometimes garled..... whats ur connection speed.. cud be that, if not sorry...

Go to your channel you created and right click it...hit the edit channel button and check your codec. If you are all the way to the left...the lowest setting it will sound like you are underwater...try raising it up a few notches and hit apply then test again. I can run mine without the distortion at around 2.15 KiB/s.
