how do I set a password to the server?

Ensure server is not running.

you will have to go into the teamspeak directory on your hardrive.

Once there you will have to edit the server.ini file.

just click on it it should open to notepad.

go to the password line and put in the desired password.
Save and close the file.


Restart your server and you should be good to go.

NOTE: Do not run the teamspeak server from the desktop icon. Everytime you do, it saves info on the desktop. And runs from that info, config file and new ini file.

I run it from the start link in your program listings which runs it from teamspeak directory.
