How can i sort this out.....?

Last night our teamspeak server went offline as it sometimes does. I tried it this morning and couldnt get back on. It keeps coming up with a message saying:

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

It also says this for some of the other people who try to connect to it but yet some people are acctually able to get in.

I have tried running antivirus programs such as avp and it has found nothing. I have also tried re-installing ts2 and that has not worked either.

Is there anyway i can sort my ts problem out?

do you connect to the server by using an IP address or a DNS name ? IF a DNS name, can you ping the server ?
