Can't Talk in Game while talkin in Teamspeak

I Play Counter-Strike and I like to talk to my friends in TeamSpeak while playing. But I can't talk with my microphone in Counter-Strike while I'm talking in TeamSpeak . Is this because of my sound card? or do i have to tweak my sound settings.

this is cause your sound card or your driver to your sound card does not support to recording source at once. So it's not possible to support this by TS as it depends on your soundcard / driver.
