    green light flashing

My buddy is in Mexico, I am in South Africa. Both pc are XP and both uses ADSL lines to connect to internet, both are TS 2x. both uses good headset. The server is open on another pc also using XP. My pc uses wireless connection (wich doesn't affect the situation). Often my buddy's green light is flashing on my pc and I can't hear a clear word. Sometimes, it's perfect and can last hours being so. We have already been into all the options several time. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

You are getting lag. You can get it if you have to meany window's open or loading a page or web sight. Aflashing green light sound's like she\she use's a letter to talk and when he type's he press's the key and it lights up. Like if you have it on push to talk if it is the space bar......well look how meany times it would have lighted up..lol....I use the right mouse to talk.
