microphone doesn't work for any application

I just installed Team Speak and now my PC will not record sound for any application. I have checked my input, I've tried 2 different mics, my volume is OK, and every other setting appears to be correct. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

are you trying to use 2 app's at the same time that want the same mic if so it may not work , close ts and then use the other i cant do voice chat in msn mess with ts open it wants the same drivers !
