I think there should be a way to add more groups on the server side and define permissions for each insted of just the ones that you have specified.

Support for and irc based text messaging system instead of right clicking on user or channel. When this comes to mind each channel will have its own "room" so that all the writing isnt mixed up.

Multipe server conections. (hmm dont know if this is a good idea)

Even if you did have more server groups, how are you going to monitor all of them, i think it would just be annoying.

he is talking about adding more control to a server by adding secondary sa with less permissions so all sa dont have all the same rights like not being able to kick/ban the server owner ..you could set your groups to beable to control only what you want each to control or even 1 person at a time ,instead of all having the same permissions
