Strange Volume Issue

Here's the problem:
When I connect to a Server, the only way that the rest of the users can hear me is if I turn up the volume on my Playback. This is a problem because it will drown out the game sound. If memory serves me correct, I should be able to mute the playback sound and everyone should hear me okay and my own transmission doesn't feed back to me.

Any idea's what could be going on here?

Check you're setting's, There you can adjust you're input and output volume.
