    Simple Little question

    OK in the server.ini under were u can allow and disallow certain chars. to be in the person name when they join. Now the porblem is i deleted the chars so that u can use any char to login in but, it didnt work. Is there anyother step im not taking.

    Two things:
    1) I'm not quite sure, but I think AllowedClientNameChars might be an exclusive-allow list, meaning you may only use these specified characters for your nickname
    2) If you change something in the server.ini restart the server process. This does NOT mean log into the web interface and hit stop, then start.
    If you don't know how to use the Teamspeak start script to initiate a restart simple restart the whole box. Oh, and in that case may the gods of fortune smile upon you.
