    Can someone help explain what this error means?

    The message is
    [20:49:01] *priv* SERVER: Client ":FI:L.F" got banned from Server for 5 minutes, reason "Excess flood"

    The user got the message when they tried to connect, any idea what it means?

    looks like the spam count from the server.ini file kicked him but if he was on the way in ??? i dont know why he would be kicked enless he was hiting keys as he was joining ????? dont know for sure
