cant connect to most servers!!!

ok i know this is in in here many many times read them all but cant find the answer i need so here it is.
cant connect to some servers.
i can connect to my server.
i can connect to the teamspeak public server 1
i can not connect to teamspeak public server 2
i can not connect to teamspeak public beta server 1
also i can not connect to any server in the server list or my clan server
i have port 8767 open
firewall setup right(or i could not get to the public server 1)
i have also tried turning off the fire wall(still dont work)
have been trying to fix this for a month now read every post on the subject
with no luck.
please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm....This is an odd problem...if you can connect to 2 different servers, in two different locations, and not to some other servers, in some other location, then I would assume the problem to be on the server end, not your own. Especially if you are able to A) connect to your own server, and B) connect to a TS Public Server.

haveing a port open is diferant than port fowarding , if the server is on your lan you need port fowarding ... you dont need any thing for the client to conect to diferant servers , if your firewall has ts allowed
