Client says webpost quit working... HELP

I have a client who states that he has this as his webpost URL...

http://www.xxx-xx.com/73/webpost <--- x's just replace his info

He says it was working fine until recently and then it quit working.

I have suggested he try...

http://www.rfc-hq.com/73/webpost/webpost.php

He says he did but the same result. Nothing displaying.

Any ideas?

sounds logical, however why are you protecting the URL? Maybe we can check to make sure it is correct. Makesure webpost.php exists or something.

Sorry..that was a dumb thing of me to do... However I did post it in the 2nd link provided.

It is now working. Here is a tip...

If you reboot the server, check the webpost button to make sure it didn't reset to an OFF state.

We re-activated it and all is good.
