WinXP and re-start on reboot.
I have two problems really:
1) I've done the scheduling fix for auto-restarting the TS2 server. Since upgrading to SP1 on XP this no longer works. TS2 crashes on the restart attempt.
2) If I switch users under and and switch back to the user launching the server the TS2 server will crash. I believe it is related to the icon in the systray ince that same problem occurred on the client. On the client I solved the problem by disabling the icon in the systray. I would like the same option for the server software.
Come to think of it...I bet the icon might be the reason for number one above....
Any other ideas?

I have the same exact problem! Have you found a solution yet? It seems that if there isn't an icon on the systray, the server won't run.
The only guy in this forum who doesn't have a problem with this seems to be Gryphon, and he doesn´t run SP1 in his WinXP Pro box. Do you run SP1, WWSensei? I'm guessing this is an SP1-specific glitch.

yes, SP1
Yes, I run it under SP1...too many huge security holes in XP not to. Since upgrading the server to the latest beta the problem seems to have gone away...

The latest beta, meaning, build 2.0.18.25? This is the one I use, and I still have the crash problem under SP1. However, on all non-SP1 machines I have tested, the glitch simply doesn't exist.
