teamspeak mod

I was recently at the biggest lan event on the east coast and i was walking around and i seen alot of people playing call of duty with a TS mod, the mod shows who is talking on ts by putting the persons name on the left side of the screen while they were playing in game. I was wondering were i could get this mod if any of you guys know?
