Socket Error # 10013

Hi

I'm having a problem on connecting any server. I get only Socket Error # 10013 Access denied and that's about it. If you've seen this before then please give me some info where could I find solution on how to fix this. I guessing that this has actually nothing to do with TS and that it's XP that prevents socket use, but I didn't know where to ask about this so I started here. Below is my log.

Socket error 10013 - Permission denied
That's all I can find by using the search function. Not the appropriate right to open up a socket

I had f-secure internet security still hanging around. It was disabled but I uninstalled it and Teamspeak started to work so this problem is fixed.
