Can't raise mic input higher.
Is there a alterative way to raise the microphone input. In windows it's set to highest and still sounds like whispers.

under recording you should find a micro bost option which you can enable. As far as I knwo this feature is often needed.

Where is that option? I don't seem to have it. Any ideas?

go into your sound mixer settings - change to recording - make sure micro is enabled - make sure advance settings is enabled - click on advanced button - enable micro boost

then you do not have a sound system on your System => this is required to playback or record any sound => TS requires it
