they cant hear me... *sigh*
I know this is probably the 342342345th post about this, but i cant find any answers, so here i go.
Im using a crappy Sis 7012 onboard card, and i know i need a better one.
But, I can record wav's with sndrec32, i can local test (sucsessfully hear myself) on the server. I can hear my friends. They cannot hear me. When i press my speak key, the light next to my name turns on for me, but not for my friends.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
Dan

i think i've found the solution (at least it worked for me).
i've just opened the msn massenger and started a audio tunnig wizard.
after i've complete the wizard the mic in TS started to work.
the wizard is located at Tools > audio tunnig wizard
let me know if it helped someone else.
cheers Rod

1 sound card for ts and the second for game , in win 2000 if you try to use mic in two apps same time it turns off the mic in the other , so a quick fix is to point 1 app to 1 card and another app to a second card and you can use both at 1 time . LOL it works it all i know ! i got 10 speakers on this sys a 7.1 audigy 2zs , and a onboard with 2 speakers and a mic for ts only
