Instructions to set up TeamSpeak 2.0 client and server

I too have the same problem with my server.

A few days ago I set up the teamspeak 2 server and for some reason its letting me log into the server locally(from my house and other computers within my network but its not letting anyone OUTSIDE my IP login.

Does anyone know why or how to fix it.. I was told I have to open a port on my PC and went thru steps today to do it thru Network connections->local area connections and tried to use advanced settings to select the services running on my network that internet uses can access.

I tried to put my IP into my browser to access it thru the router and it didnt let me.

If anyone has an idea as to why people cant connect to my server pls let me know thanx
