Big and annoying Problem

Everytime im on TS eveyrhitng is fine BUT than when I join a server in any game my TS starts lagging up so badly that It takes like 3 seconds for one word. Even when TS says something like User left ti takes like 10 seconds. ITs a massive lag and its so annoying. Also when I talk on TS in a game I start boradacsting even though I have push to talk and that button isnt being pushed. Only way to fix it is by Alt+Tab. So I have 2 big problems and I exceed the requirements, i even defraged, virus scaned, spyware scaned and Disk Error cheking. Nothing helped. Even tried installing to different folder and so on

- tried using wave & Direct sound
- set TS to high process prio

There is someting around with having the TS client window maximized (or minimezed). Pls, do a search for this. May be an issue as well.
