Hey what is Server UDP Port ?? and how do i change it??

With respect, I think you should RTFM , found somewhere on the same folder as teamspeak server install.
Server UDP port number will be found when you look at the list of servers running (from the server manager). Changing it should be pretty easy if you study the manual and the server admin screens.
If you're actually looking to connect to a server running on a different port from the default, use the IP address of the server, followed by colon, followed by port similar to following example eg 217.189.0.126:8768
