Setting up Teamspeak Server behind a router

OK well I have read loads of guides saying how to set it up but it still doesn't work!

My computer IP on the LAN is 192.168.0.2

I have opened ports 8676 - 8768 on UDP (did 2 just in case my router is fussy), they point to 192.168.0.2 which is my computer.

I can login from my computer but can't login anywhere else because the server keeps shutting down.

The server.log is the same every time producing:

It is obviously shutting down because it cannot detect the external IP. I know people keep saying it doesn't need to but you can see from this log that it keeps shutting down so in this case you are wrong.

Please can someone help with this as its really frustrating. Thanks

1) My win TS2 box keeps saying this error since quite a while, still I use TS without any problems. It would be very new to me that the server shuts down as it can not detect the external IP.... that's just a "nice to have" feature (FAQ)

2) since you can login locally, but no one else from the WAN (I guess ?) your problem is network related. I assume you do not get booted after about 30sec ?
- firewall on router
- port forwarding not correct
- router problem (firmware update)
