Need Help with TS Server
i'm new to this stuff. I have a server but only i can get into it. any ideas? my i.p is 65.65.165.120 and my router's is 192.168.0.4 if that helps.

I think it could be my firewall on my router but idk how to turn it off. I have a Netgear Web Safe Router Gateway RP614

i believe I opened my ports but idk which i.p to give the other people. and is that supposted to be set up of i.p:8767 ?

The IP you should send should be your WAN IP which you can get from www.whatismyip.com and add :8767 to the end of it. If it is possible...do you think you can take a screen shot of your port fowarding by using the PRT SCR button near the insert button, then go into paint or some sort of paint-like program and paste it in there and upload it to a site. It seems easier for us to identify your problem from there.

I too am having the same prob with the same router, Netgear RP614. I am running Win98SE. Here is a pic of the port forwarding page:

Now I have set up port fowarding and the Wan for my lan ip, cause my internet ip changes:

My prob is that no else but me can log in.

Something isnt right in your configuration... you said your IP was:
65.65.165.120
Just curious.. how did you get that information?
and if that is so- why is the IP your forwarding the port to 192.168.0.5

Dude 2 different people for the same topic. This is my 1st post. The post at the top belongs to someone else, compsys, but we do have the same kind of router. I do not have a static IP.

Anyway.. so .. .. I need to make sure you know your computers IP ... I think with win 98 its start run winipcfg what is your IP address.?

the ip to my ts sever pc is 192.168.0.5
