TS for MacOS X?
Hi there,
I saw a few threads dealing with this subject but they were either a) old or b) unreplied. Therefor I'd like to refresh this subject in your brains because
1) Mac users love to play
2) Mac users love to speak
3) Mac users hate to be unable to play with pc users
4) Mac users sit on top of a BSD-derivate since OS X
Why don't you at least port the client?
Any (representative
answer higly appreciated!
Thanks a lot,
Luke

Sorry for my bothering questions on this subject, but can't you tell me any more details? Perhaps if a MacOS X port did yet make its way into your minds for consideration? Pleeease?

Well okay, anything you already thought about regarding a port would be quite helpful for my "career" in my clan as they use TS...
Thanks a lot for your reply!
Yours,
Luke

No I can't :0
All I can say that our oppinion has changed from a flat out NO to a maybe.. who knows.
Lots of factors must be right before we can actually start coding. (like getting mac hardware, learning to program for it etc etc)

Well, I'm a coder myself, I would port it... won't you release TS under terms of the (L)GPL?

Okayokay, I won't bother you on this subject. I'd be really happy to see TS coming to MacOS X in the future. That would be really great!
You do a nice job guys!
Regards,
Luke

I'd be happy to lend assistance to any Mac OS X development. Fairly capable with C and Objective-C and a number of Mac OS APIs.

now that we have the ball rolling lets give it some momentum
and put the ball into teamspeaks hands--I hope that they will

how about this?
I moved two items in the menus one from the help menu, and the other from connection. The quit is now under the Team Speak menu, and the about is under the same per the mac ui guidelines.

If I had some src licensed to me under an open license I could use this nib file to practical use?
Also on a side note. If it was under an open license we could use the ogg vorbis codec for the audio stream? Or is the current one superior?

TS for MacOSX
Not if they don't choose to give us some src code to work with.
BTW this was done in cocoa.
