People cant hear me anymore
ok i have been using ts for a while now and never with any issues, i started playing WoW a few months ago and have been using ts with it and it worked wonderfully until a few weeks ago, now people can not hear me. if i am in game and go to windowed mode and minimize it then go to my sound and audio devices manager and start a audio test and then put WoW back up so as to run the test over the Wow window after the test is complete people can hear me again as long as i do not move the window or go to full screen mode, Oh and if i start ts up with no other applications running people can not hear me until after i do the audio test in sound and audio device manager.
any help would be appreciatedLast edited by bigkilla; 05-05-2005 at 04:05.

Wow, that's definately an odd issue. Although I can't give you an exact answer, let's see if we can work together to find one

Can you post up your system specs for us? As well, have you tried re-installing the TeamSpeak client?
Lastly, you mention that everything was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago... can you remember making any changes at that point? Maybe a driver installation? New software? New hardware!?

I feel your pain
I've had the same problem with my teamspeak.
My pc is an amd athlon xp 1800+ w/256 mem, Win 98Se, and a SB PCI 128.
The only thing that I changes was my mic. and TS worked with it untill about 4 weeks ago.
I have tried updating my sound card drivers, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling teamspeak. both to no avail.
I can connect to a server, and hear everything no problem. I just can't talk.
Please help before I get completely frustrated and buy a new sound card that I really can't afford atm.
Well, I posted my question before trying some of the things in the above post.
Making the change in the recording properties in my sound mixer made all the difference. And I'm up and talking like it never stopped.
Thank you for the helpLast edited by forde; 09-05-2005 at 08:23. Reason: Problem Fixed

glade you got it working!!
most times it is the mixer setting !
some times this even gets changed / hijacked by another program and you have to 1. restart your pc to return your setting. or 2 . go back in your mixer and reset it again . players with XP have to do the second more than any other OS as far as i have experanced so far , i get text msged in ts by xp users i send them to my post or walk them to the mixer while they listen all the time .
