Need help with my TS server fast! =D

Hi!
I've read the 'How to use TS behind routers' and did exactly as it sad.
First time i got 2 IP's from the server, my LAN and my WAN adress, but no one worked for my friends. Only I could connect.
But now i just get my LAN ip...
What have i done wrong!?
Need help fast cause its a Clan server!

if you have portfowarding set up correctly and hand out your wan ip to others it should work .
