Low mic sound..only in TS

Hi, i have a problem. As soon as i start TS my mic volume goes down..like, it wouldnt be digitalized anymore (thats an option i have in volume controle next to the mic boost). If i go in the options menu and choose sound devices and choose WAVE i only see my sound card drivers but if i choose DIRECT SOUND i can see my sound card drivers and primary sound... if i change from one to another (doesnt matter which one i choose..it about the change) my mic boostes up for like 1 second and then goes low sound again.

THe sound card is the one that comes with the DFI (nforce4ultra) its caled carajan 8ch or something.

Can someone please help me ?

Have you tested this on other TS servers?

Do you have the latest sound drivers?

i tryed on 2 servers... yes i have the latest drivers.

karajan 8ch (i think its based on intel azalia) thats a mini sound card that comes with DFI plates and you stick it on the board as it would be integrated....
