I have a friend in my clan with a unique problem:

When I launch TS, it goes straight to the taskbar and I cant see it on screen. I can connect by right clicking and connect but I cant see the main window. The one with the users online, options and such.
This error is reported:
Cannot make a visible window modal

I've tried re-installing, doesnt change anything. Anybody ever heard of this problem or the solution?
