Please Help .....
To anyone who can help me out it would be greatly appreciated and welcomed...Firstly I have joined a on line gaming clan and have been tasked to install " Ts2 ". I have installed " Ts2 " and to date I cannot get it working at all..very frustrating. When i go to either Connect or Quick connect Im always getting the same answer / reply.... a voice saying " Error "..followed by a message " Got a bad response from server". I have tried unistalling reinstalling I dont know how many times...I have trawlled forums for similar problems, but there doesnt seem to be many answers hopefully somebody reading this will help me out before I`m ousted out of my new clan before I even start. Whoever replies to this thread I would ask them " please to keep it as easy as possible with computer Jargon as I`m sort of cutting my teeth at learning the computer at the present time.
Another option can i totally get rid of "Ts2" from my computer and start afresh....everytime i have uninsatlled and then reinstalled it still shows up my previous information....?
Any Help at all on this crisis would be very thankfull......

The error bad response is known in two cases:
1) you use an old client with a new server version or vice versa. I don't think this is the problem in your case as I assume you downloaded the recent version (32.60)
2) You have a firewall which somehow does not allow TS to communicate entirely with the server.
Get totaly rid of TS:
Pls do a forum search on the subject "Teamspeak.conf"

Thanks m8 for replying, but i can`t seem to find anyone else who had the same problems in the "teamspeak conf.". If there is any other way i can get around this I`m all ears. I have installed the latest version of " Ts2" but no luck..same old thing "Error"..followed by..... " Got bad response from server "....it`s driving me nut`s.
Is there an alternative to uninstalling and getting totally rid of all my previous info held on "Ts2"...reinstalling the "Ts2" program from fresh..?
If so how and where do i do it..?
Need to find a solution to this problem quickly..as there has been a few grey hairs showing since I`ve installed this program....
Thanks... all solutions greatly appreciated..

This file is the key to get TOTAL rid of a TS client installation. Do a search again...thx !

GuldI, thanks for your kind word`s...Your Quote.. " People like me are to lazy...!!! ". Sorry bud but i dont think so...!!! As i already stated i tried searching through all the conf with no luck...so why else would I ask for more help / solutions. It`s a simple request not to hard to digest..maybe it is who know`s. Yet i still don`t seem any the wiser for getting to the bottom of this prob...see where i`m coming from.
Thanks anyway...m8
Btw...If you would of read my first post I also stated that "I dont have a great deal of knowledge in the computer side of thing`s"...so to mention people like myself creating the same threads over and over...wee bit harsh...!! checking firstly that there were no threads similar to that of mine, is that not the point of these Forum`s.

In this case I'd suggest you check your firewall(s). Also some "security" tools have shown that they can interact the network communiaction of TS. I'd look in this direction.

Checked all security related devices on comp..everything is in order no blocks nothing. There`s nothing at all that I can see would prevent this program from functioning properly on my side of the p.c. ....i.e. security settings so "I`m up the creek without a paddle at the minute"...( excuse the pun)....thought i had cracked it when i deleted the "Ts2 conf." of the system completely...then downloaded the new version again...!!! started of from fresh entering server name...ip add..etc only to be stumped with as i previously mentioned "Error"...."Got bad response from server"..I appreciate your help / advice on this somewhat trivial matter GuldI, but I wont stop until I`ve ammended it or my computer will be the first in space launched by a size 10 boot....!!!
Thanks again....
