no connect options

can anyone tell me how to fix my teamspeak? when i try using normal connect, there are no options to connect to anything anymore, and no longer a side bar in which i can input ip addresses for other teamspeak channels. it just says connect, and everything is blank. however, it does let me use quick connect still. this started happenening when i got a new comp. on the old comp everything worked fine. but now when i reinstalled, it wouldnt let me activate/registerit because it said the CD key had been used (i have tried uninstall/reinstall numerous times but to no avail. also, now every time i reinstall it doesnt give me options to activate/register it). anyone know how to fix this?

????????? teamspeak does not have a cd key , what are you refering too ?

i got teamspeak for 3 months free through Guild Wars. on the back of the teamspeak install disk sheath is a CD key granting me the free 3 months (it has not been 3 months since i installed this)

You know, Teamspeak IS free. Either you have been ripped off or those "3 months free Teamspeak" offer came from some Teamspeak hosting company.
In the first case there's nothing anybody here can do and in the last case there's nothing anybody here can do either.
