I Can't Login To My Server

I can't login to my server so that I can change the name to something else.

Every time I try to login with my superadmin or admin name and password it says "login failed" and so I really need help with this. I have contacted teamspeak to delete my server and give me a new username and password but I guess they didn't get it.

I entered it correctly every time so don't think it's that.

I can login to my server but I can't login to administration to change the name of the server .

Is it possible to get a new password so I can use it to login to administration

You login to your server with your admin name and password, not your superadmin name and password. And as far as TeamSpeak deleting your server, that won't happen. You have to delete the server yourself by logging into your Superadmin contorl panel and selecting the server you want to delete and click delete.


Then you can start over and click add to make a new server. Now, you said that you entered your admin name and pass correctly each time....right? Did you go in and change the password to something you could remember instead of the numer/letter code they give you at the beginning that they tell you to change as soon as possible ?


Also try logging in as a guest, then register with the server. Then loggin to your superadmin control panel and go to usermanagment and give all server rights to yourself.



This has happened to me before and this is pretty much how i fixed the problem...
