Help with teamspeak please

ok hers the problem my friend and i were using teamspeak a few nights ago and then she goes to bed wakes up next morning and get sign on. no reply from server maybe its not runing on teamspeak taht dumb message. so were trying to figure out whats the problem/how to fix it i dont personally think it has anythign to do with her firewall or router because we were just on it then POW no more she cant get on. so if you have any information at all please contact me. thanks.

who's running the server is the ip changing on there end ? dynamic ip's change every day , so the ip you handed out belongs to someone elses house today
