Unable to connect to Master Server
I just recieved TS after purchasing the Guild Wars collectors edition. When trying to install it, it asks for information on creating a server. Once i'm finished putting the imformation in I hit finish and after 10 minutes I recieve an error message saying it was unable to connect to the Master Server

I wouldn't know about which step of the TS client installation you are speaking

"Unable to connect to master server" is a Guild Wars error message.
