Server version: Teamspeak 2 Linux Server (RC2) version: 2.0.20.01 on Debian
Client version: Teamspeak 2 Win32 Client (RC2) version: 2.0.32.60 on WinXp

I'm the sadmin, i've noticed that when i send a command, the client begins to send data to the server...i've not problem of lag...not from me (ADSL down 1,2 mb UP 320 kb) neither from the server (T1)....
i've tried to make a friend send same commands (giving him server admin privileges) but it have the same behaviour...with his client and his line (totally different from mine by provider and location)

Ok. confirmed, before i send a server command (Server status info in this case) everything goes well, when i send a command to the server the client begins to send tons of bytes to the server, making me lag, and doing nothing server-side (no channels created etc.)

I have the same situation with the same problem.
The server seems to work properly only with the default channel, but if a client tries to create a new channel, it starts to flood (just like if it gone in a loop) and gets stuck and the server doesn't receive the command sent.
As a result of this you need to restart the client and you find no new channels created on the server
Please help
